A luxury Central Florida home that was at one time owned by an Orlando Magic player has hit the market for a whopping $11.9 million.

A 17,649-square-foot, two-story mansion on the shores of Lake Maitland in Winter Park that was built in 2000 for former NBA forward Horace Grant is now being sold by Orlando developer and philanthropist Alan Ginsburg.

The colossal home features seven bedrooms, an elevator and Chihuly glass touches and sits on a 2.1-acre site that is just a short walk from Winter Park’s tony Park Avenue shops and restaurants. It also has a boathouse, covered dock and lift, plus lakefront sitting areas.

Grant — who was traded by the Magic before the 1999-2000 season— sold the property for $5 million to Ginsburg in 2004, Orange County records showed. The home is now listed by Stockworth Realty Group.

Horace Grant had amazing vision,” Mark Hayes, president/broker of Stockworth Realty Group told Orlando Business Journal. “He designed this modern masterpiece back in 2000. Of course, today, modern designs are all the rage, bringing top dollar. This home is timeless.”
